HORRIBLE....DISHONEST

I have had to return the shop with the same problem multiple times. Everytime they are extremely rude and treat you very poorly if you dont just pay them to do the repairs they order. Asking questions will only make them more angry and hostile. They told me I had a specific problem with my car that would cost me over $1000. I took it to another shop and they told me it was a small job that cost less than $100. This shop is so DISHONEST and I would never go back there again. NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!

I had the worst retail experience of my life here at Roberts Complete Automotive in Apache Junction. I read the 3 other reviews here and they seemed satisfied with their experience. I must say. I was not so lucky. Not only did my leak under the hood not get fixed after spending $230. They would not fix the problem.. I was called names by one of the employees ( I will call him Mr.H.) and given to the count of 3 to leave. I did absolutely nothing to this person in any way shape or form. I only asked about the repair of the leak. I wasn't even explained if it would be covered under warranty or not covered under warranty.Partial warranty nothing. I am very easy going..I would have been quite ok to pay part of the labor for the area they did not fix. I was shocked. very shocked of the words that came out of the mouth of an employee (Mr. H.) of what I thought was a respectable establishment. I couldn't even talk to the owner. Robert is never there (as I was told) I left messages with Roberts other phone number. I could never get anything but an answer machine. To this date. Robert has never called me. He has my phone number. Why did he not try to fix the problem and keep the integrity of his business in good order. Nothing except a response that was filled with lies to an earlier complaint form I made. As a business owner myself and as someone who works with the public. If I have one thing to advise Robert on. Always contact your dissatisfied customers. This is what keeps you in business. If I had a second recommendation for Robert. Don't let your hot tempered employees wreck your business. Either fire them or keep them away from the public. So here I am with a leak still under the hood. The only good thing at this shop were the other two employees. One was very nice and showed me where the pin leak was. This is the leak that they missed. The other employee apologized to us for the ill actions of Mr. H. as we left. I do not recommend Roberts Complete Automotive In Apache Junction to anyone. If you want to go to a respectable establishment. Go to Al's Automotive. I used Al for an AC service one month before. Al is very professional and my work done was very satisfactory. The only reason I did not use Al on the diesel leak is because he was 4 days backed up and Roberts Automotive could do it now. Big Mistake.

I know I was treated right. They are great guys and I love the service they provided me. My car works great now. Two other shops could not find the problem. I would recomend them to all.
